Why Personalized Merch Takes Longer
Athlete Merch does not keep finished stock in a warehouse. Each item carries one athlete’s name, number and artwork, so it is printed only after someone orders it.
Printing, checking and packing take time before the carrier gets the package. This is why the policy allows up to 10 business days before an order ships.
If Your Order Is Late
- Find your order number in your confirmation email.
- Check the status at athletemerch.com/order-status with your order number and the last name on the order.
- If it shipped, use the tracking number from your shipping email on the carrier’s website.
- If it has not shipped after 10 business days, or tracking stops moving, send a ticket through the contact form with your order number. The team replies within 24 to 48 business hours.
If Your Order Arrives Damaged or Wrong
- Inspect the order when it arrives.
- Take a photo of the damage, the defect or the wrong item.
- Send a ticket through the contact form within 14 days of delivery with your order number and the photo.
- Athlete Merch reviews the claim and, at its discretion, sends a replacement or a refund. In most cases you do not ship the item back.
