Each item is made after you order. Orders ship within 10 business days, then take up to 5 business days to arrive, so allow 10 to 15 business days in total. For an event, order at least 3 weeks before.
Returns and Problems
All sales are final. Athlete Merch does not refund a change of mind or a wrong size that the buyer picked.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from the order, send a ticket through the athletemerch.com contact form within 14 days of delivery with the order number and a photo. In most cases you do not need to send the item back.
